How Can We Help You Today?

FAQs

Appointment & Scheduling

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office during business hours, booking online through our patient portal, or submitting a request via our secure contact form. Walk-ins are available only as scheduling permits

Yes. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need.

No referral is needed to access services at BHWI. If your condition requires specialized care beyond what we provide, our team can assist with appropriate referrals and care coordination

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. However, we will do our best to accommodate you on the same day if availability allows.

For routine visits, we recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Urgent visits may be scheduled on a same-day or next-day basis, depending on provider availability
